Throughout this 8-week journey, I will inspire and guide you to make meaningful changes and empowering shifts necessary to reach your desired destination. You will gain awareness of your habitual patterns, emotions, and self-sabotaging behaviors that hold you back. Moreover, you will learn simple daily strategies to intercept negative thoughts and activate parts of your brain, leading to a calmer state of mind and fostering clear and creative thinking.
Over the course of 2 months, I will guide you in transforming your relationship with yourself by building your confidence, resilience, and self-advocacy muscles.
